Job Description
- Oversees the Finance Operations, Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy
- Will be part of a team dedicated to pitch to local and international investors
- Handles the Financial Reporting Company's Cash flow, Financial Planning,and Tax Issues
- Work closely with the Regulators to submit the weekly, monthly, and yearly report as required
- Involve in the company's corporate actions, such as fund raising
- Provide strategic initiative and collaborate with the other C-level, founders and investors
- Prepare the Investor relations report and maintain good relationship with local and multinational investors
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholder
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in relevant field from reputable university
- Minimum 7 years of working experience
- Passionate in fintech and pitching with the investors
- Track records in fundraising (both debt and equity) with tiered investors
- High proficiency in English
- International experience and exposure an advantage.
- Strong leadership and maturity
- Dynamic and strong enthusiasm
