We are looking a VA who is very familiar with Microsoft Outlook and email customer support. This assistant will have to have excellent oral and written communication skills as they will be responding to emails so great grammar, syntax, and semantics are a must.
The Role
You will be taking filtering through emails via Outlook and responding to them.
The Requirements
- #1 character trait we are looking for: dependability (if you have had attendance/punctuality or communication issues in the past, please do not apply)
- Proficient in Spoken and written English and good communication skills
- Great organizational skills - must know how to prioritize and identify urgency of tasks.
- Must have a background in accounting / book keeping.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Outlook.
- Can work on any time zone in the US. (those with nightshift experience preferred)
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to think quickly on their feet
- We are always looking for a long term relationship; this is not project base or have an end date (as long as you are performing)
We are looking for team players. Yes, you will be working specifically in your role but you may be asked to help future co workers if they need help. In the same token, if you need help, you will have a team to support you. You must have good communication skills.
