We are currently in search of an experienced and highly motivated Car Workshop Manager to assume a leadership role in our team and effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our bustling car repair workshop. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality automotive repair services.
Requirements: To excel in this role, the following qualifications are necessary:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in a car repair workshop.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Residency within the UAE and the ability to commence work immediately.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
- A degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: As the Car Workshop Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Directing and supervising daily activities within the workshop, including diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, as well as managing workflow to ensure timely project completion.
- Leading, training, and guiding the workshop team, fostering a culture of excellence and continual development.
- Facilitating clear and effective communication among team members, clients, and suppliers to maintain a seamless operational environment.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels of parts and supplies, initiating timely procurement as required to uphold efficient workshop functions.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards, upholding a secure and productive workspace for all.
- Collaborating with senior management to establish and attain performance targets and objectives aligned with the company's vision.
- Staying abreast of automotive industry trends and advancements to implement best practices and elevate workshop operations.
