Now we are expanding our Customer Support Department and looking for our first Customer Support Agent based in Oceania. As part of the team that will lead one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies in our expansion, you will be one of the first members of Teamtailor in Oceania.

As a member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for our most important communication: that with our existing users. We are known for providing exceptional customer service, and we strive to exceed our customers' expectations. Our high quality is evidenced by our average response time of 2 minutes and a customer satisfaction rating (CSAT) of 98%.

Our goal is to guarantee an exceptional experience for every user, resulting in smiles all around.

As part of the team, you will:


  • Provide exceptional customer service through various support channels, such as our live chat (Intercom), email, and occasional outbound phone calls.
  • Thrive in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with our talented tech team to enhance our product.
  • Champion customer feedback, ensuring it reaches our product development department for continuous improvement.
  • Take the initiative to engage with customers, nurturing strong relationships and boosting overall satisfaction.
  • Create informative self-service materials and host engaging webinars to empower our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire team, embarking on exciting cross-department side projects to create an unparalleled support experience.

As the ideal candidate:

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, you effortlessly express yourself with precision and clarity.
  • Your customer support journey has been extensive, especially in the SaaS industry. (Bonus points for previous chat support experience!)
  • An analytical mindset drives you, always seeking insights and embracing continuous learning.
  • You thrive on delivering exceptional service and possess top-notch tech proficiency.
