Job Position: Graphics Designer
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Email Marketing Executives and Copywriters to create designs that generate good revenue for the client
- Creation of visually compelling print and design solutions for marketing purposes.
- Understanding the client’s content requirements
- Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, text, and video into consolidated and seamless campaigns.
- Responsible for designing internal and external assets including, but not limited to, social media posts, website marketing collaterals.
- Create and manage high-end digital and print collateral including presentations, interactive digital tools, factsheets, PowerPoint slides and decks, print ads, banner ads, infographics, web pages, videos, email templates, etc.
- Proofreading and signing off a copy.
- Manage campaign deadlines and expectations, ensuring deliverables are being met and campaigns run efficiently.
- Revising copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
- Attending weekly meetings and generating weekly reports.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience working in e-commerce or an agency.
- Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to offer creative input to design solutions.
- High literacy with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint).
- An understanding of brand positioning and a passion for the creating brands
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing environment.
- Self-starter who uses initiative, with a passion for building, learning, and experimenting.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization and project management skills
- Hands-on experience in graphics designing
